Special note regarding timing of your orders:
All orders for the Charlotte Prep Gear store are custom made after your order has been placed. We batch all orders placed through midnight each Thursday and order the undecorated items from our distributors each Friday. Those goods are then decorated with your Charlotte Prep logo the following week and shipped directly to your door. Since our decoration facility is located in the Charlotte area it typically only takes one day for your goods to arrive to your doorstep once they leave our facility. We aim to ship 99% of all orders the week following receiving them.
Special note regarding returns and exchanges:
As all orders for Charlotte Prep Gear are custom made specifically for you, there are no returns and exchanges, however, we are happy to replace any defective product.
